What is Taekwondo Malaysia Online Grading System (TOGS)?

• TOGS is an online web based grading system developed by Taekwondo Malaysia that keeps track of all grading activities of its members.
• The main goals of TOGS are:
  1. Transparency - TOGS provides a centralized system that allows parents as well as students to check on and verify their Taekwondo grades and grading history.
  2. Streamlined - TOGS gives Taekwondo Instructors an easy to use interface to register students, manage and also report on grading activities of the students under their guidance.
  3. Accountability - TOGS gives Taekwondo Malaysia Administrators a single dashboard that will ease the effort of collecting grading levies, printing Grading Certificates and reporting on grading activities and collection rates for all Taekwondo Clubs.

I am a Taekwondo Instructor, how can I use TOGS?

1. You may use TOGS, if you meet the following criteria:
   1. You are a registered and current Taekwondo Instructor with Taekwondo Malaysia (WTF).
   2. You are affiliated with a TM registered Premier Club, State Association or Taekwondo Academy.
   3. You have students under your care and they would go for gradings under your Instructorship.
2. If you meet the criteria above, please register for an Instructor account.
3. Then, wait for the TM Administrator to approve your account.
4. If you have not received approval from the TM Administrator, please contact TM and inquire.
5. Once your account is approved, you may log in using your credentials and start using TOGS. More guidance will be provided once you have logged in.
